Khikhvi 2024 Legend no shortcuts—just honestA traditional Georgian amber wine made from the indigenous Khikhvi grape in the village of Tibaani in Kakheti. Whole clusters are gently crushed and macerated on skins and stems for six months before being transferred to qvevri for another year of aging underground. Practicing organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar allow the wine to express the ancient winemaking traditions and distinctive terroir of Georgia.
