An 1873 Vienna Red Cross Society medal, the obverse with a raised rightward facing profile of Kaiserin August, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central Geneva Cross above an inscription of WIEN 1873, surrounded by an oak leaf wreath, the obverse maker marked LOOS, measuring 43 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
